Euphemia is from the alternate universe story, Nightmare of Nunnally, where some characters are born "Wired". In other words, they are born with the ability to use a Geass without a contract. Though Euphie, due to her bit part in the story, is never shown being able to use this ability. However, considering her family line, there is a possibility that she has something.
Euphemia's Wired ability would be called The Peace, and it would have two different stages as her powers progressed. When she first arrives, she wouldn't be able to do anything different from normal. As time goes on (and by time, I mean a long time), people will feel compelled to stop and listen to her when she speaks. She wouldn't notice -- as far as she's concerned, it's nice that people stop and listen to her more often.
As her power progresses, people will feel really compelled to follow her advice. Like they have to do what she says, sort of like Lelouch's canon ability but not quite. She cannot directly order a person to do anything, but her power works sort of like subliminal advertising: an image flashes for a brief millisecond, and you can't physically see it, but your brain still registers it, and you find yourself wanting whatever was shown. When she talks to people, when she offers them advice, the person will want to do what she suggests, even if they think her ideas are stupid. Also, it would only last once; once the person completes her suggestion once, they will go back to normal.
The Tower has some influence over this, however, seeing as Euphie never had the chance to develop this power normally. A lot of times it will fail, and even some characters will be immune to it entirely. Please use this post to let me know if Euphie will be able to influence your character at all, or if your character would be partially or entirely immune to it.
